All Epica products are handcrafted in Italy with all customer personalization and fulfillment handled in California, USA.

Important Notes: The Country of Origin for all Epica products is Italy and for many international destinations, there are no additional customs duties, though your home country may assess VAT as applicable before delivery is possible to your address. Please make your purchase knowing your own country's policy on such matters. Our returns policy for international orders is simple: if you are not delighted with your non-personalized Epica purchase for any reason you may exchange it, upgrade it, downsize it, or return it for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges within four full weeks of purchase. It's that easy.

Shipping to most international destinations (outside of USA) is least expensive via the combined Postal Services of the USA and the destination country.  We also subsidize expedited shipping via UPS and DHL.
