Elegant Rewards turns what you already do — shopping, sharing your experience, inviting friends — into points you can redeem for savings and special perks at Epica.com. No jargon, no guesswork. This page explains how our program works, click by click.
How Elegant Rewards Works (Step by Step)
1) Create or access your account
- If you’re new: Click Sign Up on the top menu, enter your email and create a password. (suggestion – keep it simple. We aren’t storing the crown jewels)
- If you already have an Epica account: Click Log In and use the same email you shop with at Epica.com.
Tip: Always use the same email for shopping and for Elegant Rewards so your orders and points connect automatically.
2) Open the Rewards Panel or your Profile page
You have two easy ways to access your rewards:
A. Rewards Panel (bottom-right “gift” button)
- On any page of epica.com, look at the bottom-right corner for a small button that looks like a gift and says Elegant Rewards.
- Click/tap it. A panel slides in with your points, ways to earn, and redeem options.
B. Your Profile page (top-right “person” icon)
- Click the Profile icon at the top-right of the website.
- You’ll see your Elegant Reward Account with:
- Points Balance (how many points you have now)
- Redeem Now (where you turn points into a code/discount)
- Rewards History (every earn/redeem event)
- Referral tools (your personal invite link and sharing options)
Mobile users: The icons might sit inside the top menu (☰). Open it and look for Profile or the gift icon.
3) Ways to earn points (and what each one means)
- 1 Point per $1 spent on eligible items
- How it works: Place an order while logged in. Once the order is confirmed and not canceled, points are added automatically.
- Example: Spend $150 → earn 150 points.
- Not included: Taxes, shipping, and gift card purchases don’t earn points.
- 200 points — Join Elegant Rewards
- How it works: Create your account and open the rewards panel or profile page to activate your membership. Points appear once membership is registered.
- 200 points — post a review with a photo
- What counts: A clear photo of the Epica item you bought (+ a few words about your experience).
- Where to submit:
- Use the “Write a Review” link on the product page or
- Use the review invitation email we send after your purchase.
- When credited: After the review is approved (we check for clarity and authenticity).
- 300 points — post a review with a video
- What counts: A short video showing your Epica product, how you use it, or why you chose it (phone videos are fine).
- Where/when: Same as photo reviews; points appear once the video review is approved.
- 50 points — Refer a friend
- What counts: Your friend is new to Epica, uses your link, and completes their first order.
- When credited: After your friend’s order is completed.
Quality note for reviews: Keep it honest and focused on your real experience. If a review doesn’t meet basic quality or relevance, we’ll let you know how to adjust it.
4) Referrals — what “sharing your link” really means
Where your link lives
- Go to your Profile → look for Refer a Friend (or open the Rewards Panel and tap Refer).
- You’ll see a unique link that looks like: https://epica.com/a/rewards/r/XXXXXX
- Next to the link there’s usually a copy icon (two overlapping squares). Click it to copy the link.
What “sharing” means
- Send this exact link to your friend—by WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, email, or post it in a private chat.
- You can also tap the built-in buttons (WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Twitter) to share instantly.
- Your friend must click your link before they shop. That action applies 10% off their first order and tags the order to you so you get your 50 points for the referral.
Who qualifies
- Friends who are new to Epica (no previous account or order).
- Self-referrals (sending the link to yourself) don’t qualify.
How tracking works (in plain words)
- The link places a small cookie in your friend’s browser so Stamped knows you referred them.
- If your friend switches devices, uses private/incognito mode, or clears cookies before checkout, the tracking might break. In that case, ask them to click your link again right before they order.
When you get your points
- After your friend completes their first order (not cancelled/returned), 50 points are added to your account automatically.
Example: You share your link via WhatsApp. Your friend clicks, gets 10% off at checkout, and places their first order. When their order completes, you receive 50 points.
5) Redeeming your Elegant Rewards points (turning points into savings)
Generate your reward
- Log in and open the Rewards Panel or your Profile.
- Click Redeem Now. You’ll see the rewards available and the points required for each.
- Choose a reward. The system creates a one-time code (e.g., EPICA-ABCD1234) and shows it to you.
Apply your reward at checkout
- Add items to cart and click Checkout.
- In the Discount code box, paste your code → Apply.
- You’ll see the total update before you pay.
Good to know
- Codes are one-time use and apply to new orders only (not retroactively).
- Some promotions may not combine with codes; the page will say if there’s an exception.
- If you ever generate a code by mistake, don’t worry—contact us and we’ll help.
6) Where to see everything (your “control center”)
- Points Balance: current total of your points
- Rewards History: every earn/redeem action with a date and reason
- Referral area: your shareable link + quick-share buttons + email invite box
- Help: link to contact Support if something doesn’t look right
Troubleshooting & Common Questions
1) “I don’t see the bottom-right gift button.”
Make sure you’re not in a private/incognito window and that ad-blockers or script-blockers are off for epica.com. Refresh the page and try again.
2) “My points didn’t show up after I ordered.”
- Confirm you were logged in when you placed the order.
- Allow a short processing time after the order is marked Completed/Shipped.
- If the order was canceled or fully refunded, points won’t apply.
- Still missing? Contact Support and share your order number.
3) “My friend says the 10% didn’t appear.”
Ask them to click your link again right before checkout (same device/browser). If they already have an Epica account or past order, the new-customer discount won’t apply.
4) “Can I use points and another discount together?”
Usually yes, unless a specific promotion says otherwise. The checkout page will show what applies.
5) “Do points expire?”
Yes, but we give you lots of time to use them. Points expire 24 months after they are earned. Your Rewards History shows earn dates.
6) “What if I return an item?”
The points earned from that item will be deducted from your balance after the return is processed.
Terms & Conditions (Full)
1) Eligibility & Membership
- Membership is free with a valid Epica account.
- One membership per person; use a single email for accurate tracking.
- Points and benefits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
2) Earning Points
- Earn 1 point per $1 on eligible merchandise subtotal (before tax/shipping; gift cards excluded).
- Join bonus: 200 points when you activate Elegant Rewards.
- Review bonuses: 200 points (photo) / 300 points (video) upon approval of genuine product reviews.
- Referral bonus: 50 points after a new customer completes their first order via your link.
- Epica may adjust points to correct errors or address misuse.
3) Redeeming Points
- Redeem through the Rewards Panel or Profile to generate a single-use code.
- Codes apply to new orders only and may not combine with certain promotions.
- Minimum point thresholds vary by reward and may change.
4) Returns, Cancellations, and Fraud
- If an order is canceled/refunded, related points will be removed.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or automated/fake activity are not allowed and may result in points forfeiture or account suspension.
5) Program Changes
- Epica may modify, suspend, or terminate Elegant Rewards at any time.
- If the program ends, unused points and codes will no longer be valid.
6) Limitation of Liability
- We aim for accuracy but are not liable for technical delays or display errors. We’ll always work to resolve discrepancies fairly.
Privacy & Data Protection (Plain-Language Summary)
What we collect & why
- From you: name, email, your Epica orders, points activity, reviews, and referral events—only what’s needed to operate your rewards membership.
- Why: to award points, create discount codes, show your balance/history, process reviews, and track referrals.
How tracking works
- Referrals use a cookie so the program database knows which friend clicked your link. If cookies are blocked or cleared, tracking can fail (you or your friend can contact us if that happens).
Who sees your data
- Epica team to support your account, Shopify store operations, Rewards integrated engine.
- We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
- You can access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- You can opt out of marketing emails anytime (we may still send essential account or order messages).
- If you’re in regions with GDPR/CCPA or similar laws, those rights apply. Contact us to exercise them.
Security & storage
- Data is stored in secure systems by Shopify and Stamped with industry-standard protections.

Quick Examples
- Order example: You buy a journal for $240 (before tax/shipping) → 240 points.
- Review example: You post a clear photo review of your journal → +200 points (after approval).
- Referral example: Your friend clicks your link, gets 10% off, and completes their first order → +50 points for you.
- Redemption example: You redeem 300 points for a code, paste it at checkout → your total drops instantly.
