Monograms and Initials

Monogramming takes up to 3 business days from the time of purchase, this is independent of the shipping method you select.

Shipping methods and shipping fees are in addition to monogramming times and charges.

Same day monogramming is embossed and shipped the same day for orders received before 2PM EST, otherwise it will ship the next morning.

Items that have been monogrammed cannot be exchanged or returned.

Digital Proof: Want to see exactly what your selected personalization will look like before we customize your product? Say “Yes” to a proof and for $20 we'll create a custom digital version of your order. We will then work closely with you via phone or email to get it just the way you'd like it before your order is customized and shipped.

Rush Service: Can't wait 2-3 business days for our elves to do their part?
Need your Journal or Album personalized right away? For $25 we will personalize your purchase today (M-F) or tomorrow (holidays & weekends), if your order is received by 2PM Eastern Time.

Note - we do not recommend choosing both Digital Proof and Rush Service. During Check Out you may select the shipping speed of your choice.
